TAG Heuer Carrera MikroPendulum replica watches draw inspiration from the iconic TAG Heuer Carrera Mikrograph chronograph. The Carrera Mikrograph was the world’s first integrated column-wheel mechanical chronograph watch, capable of precise timing down to the 100th of a second. It featured a central hand display for enhanced readability.
Similar to MIKRO replica watches, it also features dual drive platforms. The first platform is the watch balance wheel system, which operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and has a power reserve of 42 hours. This platform provides power for regular timekeeping functions. The second platform is the chronograph system, which operates at a frequency of 360,000 vibrations per hour (50 Hz) and has a power reserve of 90 minutes. This platform is responsible for providing power for the chronograph functions.
The TAG Heuer Carrera MikroPendulum watches feature a 45 mm case made of sandblasted, fine-brushed, and polished titanium. The case is complemented by a double-sided anti-reflective curved sapphire crystal. The dark gray dial is finely brushed and adorned with a “Côtes de Genève” pattern below the pendulum. The watch design includes a minute drive at 3 o’clock, a small seconds disc at 6 o’clock, and a power reserve percentage indicator at 12 o’clock. The central pointer displays the 100th of a second in red, with a 100-second scale on the dark gray outer edge.
